A Coffee variety set its stage at the World Brewing Championship 2022 with Matt Tyquin (Australia).  A little difference is, here we present a Washed version.
 
Thank you to its superior genetic, this Coffee is aromatic, vibrant, dynamic.  In this Medium Roast we present, bringing a sweeter cup, a more round and balance cup.
 
Unless otherwise stated, our beans are mostly roast to order, or roasted no more than 15 days before shipment, ensuring every sip captures the full depth of their flavors.
To retain maximum fragrance and aroma, we strongly recommend grind to brew (do no pre-grind).
For a richer, more balanced cup, allow the coffee to degas for 7 to 10 days after roasting.
