Certain products or services may be available online only through Coffeekii.com. These products or services may be available in limited quantities and can only be returned or exchanged in accordance with our return policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products as they appear in our stores. We cannot guarantee that any color displayed by your computer monitor will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to limit the sale of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product or service we offer. All product descriptions or product pricing are subject to change without notice and at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service offered on this website is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other materials purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Services will be corrected.

Green Coffee Beans

Green bean products are suitable for users who have roasted coffee beans at home. Therefore, we are very sorry that we do not provide roasting service of these Green Bean retail SKU.

Green coffee beans must be roasted before consumption! Unroasted green beans should not be ground or brewed or consumed in any form.
Coffee Beans (Roasted)

To ensure freshness, all coffees are sent out within 14 days of roasting.

For out-of-stock coffees, we roast them every Thursday/Friday and ship them 2-3 days after the roasting date. You will be notified once your order has been shipped.

In order to retain the best experience of coffee aroma, all roasted coffee bean products are delivered as is (coffee beans) by default, we do not offer grinding service.

Delivery
Title
All risks in the goods shall pass to the Customer upon delivery but we shall retain title in the goods until full payment has been received.

Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure in its performance caused by or resulting from acts of God, fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labour difficulties, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Company.
Delivery Service

All orders will be shipped via service provider such as Hong Kong Post, SF Express, Kerry Logistic, JD Express, or similar at our discretion.

We offer free delivery for orders of

HK$300 or above for delivery within Hong Kong; and
-
HK$400 or above for order ship to Macau.

For orders below these said amount, delivery fee of HK$30 shall apply. Including, but of limited service, delivery to Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Lantau Island and Tung Chung (exclude Hong Kong International Airport).

Delivery service will be suspended when the typhoon signal No.8 or above or the black rainstorm signal is hoisted. In this event customers will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time.

If delivery is delayed, postponed or rescheduled due to traffic, weather, different district or other factors, the Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage, no matter whether the factor which causes the delay, postponement or rescheduling is within the control of the Company or not.

Please note that all goods will be delivered as scheduled and to the best of our ability. We aim to deliver the goods when there is somebody in. We cannot accept responsibility for goods left outside at the customer's request.

We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient fails to accept delivery at the nominated delivery time.

It is the responsibility of the customer to notify coffeekii.com 24 hours before delivery of any change to the delivery address after placing the order.

We reserve the right to decline delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.
Returns & Refunds Policy

The Customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must be lodged to our customer service within 7 days from the date of delivery, otherwise we shall have the discretion to refuse your claim after delivery.

All product items, including but not limited to perishable items such as coffee, are non-refundable. But don't worry, in case of irregularities, such as defective items or receiving incorrect coffee beans, you can contact us immediately for further arrangements. If you have any questions or concerns about your purchase, please also contact us.

All Course fees (including Workshops, Training, Education and Consultation Service, or similar) are non-refundable in principle. However, if the course needs to be cancelled due to inclement weather or force majeure, we will try our best to arrange an alternative course date as soon as possible. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled class, we will arrange a full refund within 30 calendar days from the date of confirmation of such cancellation.
