Roasting Level :  Filter Roast (Light-Medium Roast)

 

Recommended Brewing methods:  Pour-over, French Press, Syphon, Aeropress

 

A well received coffee with great floral and aromatic flavors, at a slightly different approach at roasting:  uplift the sweetness improves to a more balance cup, a more round and lingering aftertaste. 

 

  • Unless otherwise stated, our beans are mostly roast to order, or roasted no more than 15 days before shipment, ensuring every sip captures the full depth of their flavors.
  • To retain maximum fragrance and aroma, we strongly recommend grind to brew (do no pre-grind).
  • For a richer, more balanced cup, allow the coffee to degas for 7 to 10 days after roasting.
